And this has paid off: in six years’ time, Dimitri Barbe has developed Brand Senses into a full-service partner for large brands, who appreciate the green approach of this agricultural engineer. Vertico, the former software package, was teetering on its last legs, so Brand Senses set off in search of an administrative automation solution capable of requesting quotations with external suppliers, working with different hourly rates, sending mailings, keeping an overview of estimated costs and performing transparent time registration. This transparency is also reflected in their approach to customers. Any hours invoiced to the customer are always accompanied by a timesheet which documents the activities performed in the previous period in great detail.
